Thankful Thursday ~ Wonderful…
I will give thanks to the Lord with my whole heart; I will recount all of your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and exult in you; I will sing praise to your name, O Most High.

. Sometimes I grumble, but He still loves me. He has given me a sense of humor–He made me in His image. God is making me into a woman I always wanted to be… - I am thankful for my earthly Dad. Although he is no longer with me, he taught me about the wonderful things in life; what is important and what is not…
- I am thankful for my Sweetheart. He is a wonderful husband and father. Tonight he fixed (with his software) a scanned picture from my dad. It had a big hole–now you can’t see it any longer. I hope that I will get the scrapbook layout done so I can post it on Friday…
- I am thankful for women like Amy and Jenny who create wonderful digital scrapbook kits for people to use–for free. Yeah, I am officially hooked on digital scrap booking. I still have a lot to learn (you should see what my friends TNChick or Amy create *sigh*), but it is always fun to learn new stuff…
- I am thankful for Laurie, who wrote the most wonderful lead-in to one of my devotions I had written for the Internet Cafe. Thank you, Laurie for your kind words…
- I am thankful for Darlene for allowing me to write for the Internet Cafe. It is awesome to be a part of a wonderful community of Christian women…
- I am thankful for the wonderful women over at Laced with Grace…
- I am thankful for Rachael Ray. With her 30-Minute meal ideas, I can put a wonderful, gourmet dish on the table — during the week…
- And I am thankful for you, my wonderful, beloved visitors and readers…
You know why I love Thankful Thursdays? Because even though I had a pretty crummy work-week, I know that I am blessed beyond belief…It makes my heart leap to just sit down and write about those blessings

I’m sorry that your Dad is no longer with you. I am remembering the 10 year anniversary of the loss of my mom. I too love to remember all the wonderful things that she taught me. I wouldn’t be the person that I am today without her careful guidance and love.
I really need to get into digital scrapbooking. I know I would love it once I started, but it’s one of those things that “I need to do”. lol!

I too am thankful that we have Thankful Thursdays especially when I’ve had a couple of crummy days in the week. Today is actually one of them. It gave me a reason to look past the negatives and focus on the simple joys that God sends our way in every hour of the day. God bless you Iris!

I love that Photoshop can restore damaged photos. My friends father died and I was able to fix a few for her so the family had keepsakes. It was such an honor to give them that. I’m glad that you have that too.

I’m sorry you had a rough week—work and otherwise but I so agree that Thankful Thursday is something special. I was missing it all day. My entire day felt “off” because I didn’t start my morning thankfuls. Thank you for what you do on this, CWO and LWG!

WOW, It’s amazing how many woman come to give thanks here Iris!
Wednesday night is date night for my hubby and I, Thursday morning is women’s study and Thursday night is our life group (home bible study). Sooooo, I’m thankful for my husband, fellow believers, and most of all, God’s Word!! I feel so enriched after Wednesday’s and Thursdays…and Sundays too!
