wow. I just found your site in my blog travels and am happily surprised to find a whole community of people participating in Thankful Thursdays! We set Thursday aside as a special day of thanksgiving as our family focus, and I have recently begun incorporating that into my blog as well, and calling it, of all things, “Thankful Thursday!” but now that I’ve found y’all I’ll try to link to you and not “go it alone” Blessings. Prayer is indeed something we should all be thankful for. I remember an old song titled “Living on A Prayer”. I guess most of us are probably doing just that. Oh but thank the Lord we serve a true and living God that not only hears our prayers but answers them ..in due time..to. Thanks so much Iris for hosting this and by doing so encouragin so many that need it, like me .

This is so touching Iris. I have learned over the past few years (and continue to learn) the amazing power of prayer. How blessed we are to be able to speak to the Holy God who is creator and ruler of all things.
