I know it is a little different than my normal Thankful post, but I was so thankful today that I was able to listen to the soccer game betwe
en Germany vs Ghana. Although I have been living here is the US for the past 19 years, Germany has still my heart.
I was so glad that Germany won the game, because I didn’t want my home-country play the US team in the next round. Why not? Well, because my boss likes the US team of course 😆 …
Isn’t it neat how we can use the internet for a variety of things? Listening to something that happens at the other end of the world – how cool!!!!
I am also thankful that I will be able to watch Germany play their next game against England, since the game will be on Sunday afternoon and I do not have to work.
