On The Spree River

Okay, I am sure you will not find these signs here in the US  , because I took this picture in Germany in 2004 (yeah, pretty much all the pictures you find on this blog are taken by me and kind of belong too me  ). I was happy to find that there where signs in the background on this picture for this week’s photo hunt. What do these signs mean? Beats me. But I know for certain that you can’t use a row-boat on the Spree river, which is located in Berlin

Happy Saturday (btw – even if you don’t participate in the photo hunt, you can leave a comment  )

That’s interesting. I think that it means you can’t use an outboard motor. My picture is up.

  2. Mandy says:

Hmm, interesting. So there’s no rowing and no motor boats, or at least that’s what I think. It’s funny though cos you can’t see the river, it looks like it’s telling you you can’t use them on the highway lol

    Mine’s up

    Hello,
It looked like the sign under the boat was fan blades. Maybe it meant to windy to be in boatslol. I love taking unusual pictures. I always have my camera ready!! I love your site, it is so inviting. I always am curious at what Ill see.
    have a blessed day….

  24. Carol says:

So, you can’t use a rowboat or a boat with propellers? I guess that just leaves sail boats?
